Dr. Singer graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 1986 and has been practicing in the Capital Region ever since. She holds an advanced proficiency rating in the Activator Methods chiropractic technique, a highly effective yet gentle way to deliver chiropractic care. This comfortable, non-force technique is appropriate for adults, children, and the elderly, as well as for athletes.
Dr. Singer is also a licensed acupuncturist, having graduated from the Tri-State Institute of Traditional Chinese Acupuncture in 1998, as well as a certified athletic trainer, a certified chiropractic sports practitioner and a fully accredited practitioner of BioSet allergy elimination. She has a health science Masters Degree in work physiology from Long Island University and a Bachelors Degree in physical education from SUNY Cortland.
Dr. Singer believes that combined alternative therapies enhance each other and have a cumulative effect on the body. She regularly attends seminars in chiropractic, acupuncture, and athletic training.
Dr. Genstil graduated from the University of Bridgeport in 2003, where he attained a Doctor of Chiropractic degree as well as a Masters of Science in Human Nutrition. He has participated in experimental research in Biomechanics, Cardiology, and Neurology, has taught at high school and university levels, and has written a manual on how to avoid pain while working at computers.
Dr. Genstil employs a myriad of techniques utilizing both force and non-force methods such as diversified, flexion/distraction, Thompson, and traction, as well as extremity adjusting, soft tissue techniques, and nutritional counseling. Dr. Genstil enjoys explaining procedures, techniques, and diagnoses to provide his patients with a full understanding of their treatment plan.
Sandy C. Camper graduated from Tai Sophia Institute in Laurel, Maryland in 1995 with a Master of Acupuncture degree. Sandy is national board certified as a Diplomate in Acupuncture by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is licensed to practice in New York and Massachusetts.
Sandy uses a gentle technique in Acupuncture, holds a certificate in Chinese herbal medicine, and incorporates the use of herbs.
Jordan Su is a native Taiwanese healer now located in New York State. She received her degree in Chinese Traditional Medicine from Hu Bei College of Traditional Medicine in Wu Han City, China, and then became a Licensed Traditional Healer in Taiwan.
As an acupuncturist, Jordan brings her patients on board as active and aware participants in their own healing process. Various other techniques (such as moxibustion, cupping, Ear Candling, Qi Gong acupressure, etc.) may also be brought into play during sessions.
Christina Zido is a graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Rensselaer, NY. She uses Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage, Reiki I & II, and Cranio Sacral Therapy.

Lorinda Hilmar is a graduate of the New York Institute of Massage in Buffalo, NY. She uses Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, and Stone Massage to help heal the body, mind, and spirit. Her belief is that massage and chiropractic go hand in hand to help the body as a whole.
