Christine Zido, LMT, is a graduate of the
Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage
Therapy in Rensselaer, N.Y. She uses Deep
Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish
Massage, Reiki I & II and Cranio Sacral Therapy. The combination of deep tissue and light, subtle energy work reflect Christine's belief in nurturing body, mind and spirit.
Lorinda Hilmar, LMT, is a graduate of the New York Institute of Massage in Buffalo, NY. She uses Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy and Stone Massage to help heal the body, mind and spirit. Her belief is that massage and chiropractic go hand in hand to help the body as a whole.
